The X-REX® is a particularly compact mini crane that is ideal for confined construction site conditions. Thanks to its narrow design, it fits easily through shell doors and can be set up flexibly on upper floors – perfect for mechanical bricklaying in shell constructions.
With its special gripper, the X-REX® enables precise bricklaying up to 15 cm under the ceiling. Ideal for wall finishing indoors and outdoors, even with low ceilings or complex floor plans.
Whether large-format sand-lime bricks or aerated concrete elements – the X-REX® is optimally designed for these brick systems and supports fast, clean, and ergonomic processing.
The mechanical placement process replaces the heaviest work involved in bricklaying. The blocks are placed directly from the pallet onto the wall—for greater occupational safety, less fatigue, and significantly reduced downtime for the team.
A team with the X-REX® replaces up to six bricklayers when working with small-format bricks—with only two people and consistent quality. This means that the mini crane pays for itself in wall construction after only a short time.
Weighing around 1,030 kg, the X-REX® can be easily transported to the respective floor using a construction elevator, tower crane, or forklift truck – for maximum mobility on multi-story construction sites.
In battery mode, the X-REX® can be moved around flexibly. Wall operation is via a 230-volt power connection. This makes the X-REX® particularly energy-efficient and easy to integrate into your existing construction site infrastructure.

The X-REX® impresses with its dual control option: the small crane can be controlled precisely both on the device itself and directly on the grab's control handle. This means maximum control when laying bricks mechanically, even in confined spaces or at great heights.
